Test Analyst Sydney CBD Area Job

Enterprise Testing and Assurance supports CBA Program and Project Managers in the execution of Quality Assurance activities, acting as an independent assessor of software quality. 

In this role, the Test Analyst  will be responsible for assigned test plan phase work and for testing this work in accordance with the CBA Test Process Engagement model as well as providing satisfactory and sufficient test coverage for test phase in order to mitigate the test phase risks.

To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Ability to analyse and translate business requirements and functional specifications into testing requirements.
• Ability to prioritise test requirements in the context of business and project risk.
• Detailed understanding and hands on experience in the application of end-user technologies and business processes.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and a questioning attitude.
• Desire to generate ideas for innovation and improvement.
• Ability to deliver a high level of work quality whilst maintaining high level of productivity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as unsupervised.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ideally, we are looking for people with strong SQL skills and preferably finance or wealth management experience.

The role will be based at CBD.
