Job Description:

In this role you will be responsible for acting as the primary interface between technology and Global Asset Management’s business areas that are involved in customer relationship management. You will work across all regions with our internal clients to address their business requirements. Also you will be the primary contact for enquiries about our CRM system and CRM services.

On the IT side you will work together with our global internal and external IT development and testing teams.

Critical activities include identifying, defining and prioritizing business requirements, adjusting them to best practice and formulating functional specifications that fit our CRM system. Finally you will have to manage the requirements through their whole lifecycle. Requirements • Higher education in business administration and/or information technology, banking and business knowledge is desirable
• Experience as business analyst and/or have used project management skills professionally
• Ability to lead a small team of Business Analysts (FTE and Consultants), including management of the overall Distribution Business Analysis workload and assignments across the BA team, coaching junior BA's in their individual project deliverables
• Write Business Analysis key deliverables (requirements documents) and review them for completeness, clarity and accuracy is absolutely critical
• Organize, prepare, coordinate and conduct SIT (system integration testing) and UAT (user acceptance testing)
• A sound understanding of data modelling
• Be a good communicator and team player, understand the importance of networking and customer focus, and be skilled at making formal presentations to customers and stakeholders
• Experience in creating functional specifications (including use cases, business process maps, workflow diagrams), test cases and project plans
• Experience with customer relationship applications
• Organize, prepare, coordinate and conduct Training for end users – coordinate and manage external training providers that help with the production of training material and the conducting of sessions
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills - must be able to interact with Senior Manager on the business side to clearly define requirements and drive solutions to business problems
• Ability to clearly drive out problem definitions with business users and work collaboratively with users and IT development to formulate solution options and decisions on optimal solution designs that maximize benefits
• Provide programme management expertise to manage a portfolio of change according to the UBS standard across all phases of the project lifecycle, own the overall detailed end-to-end plan, monitor and control the release activities to the agreed schedule
• Enjoy working to deadlines to realize the business benefits associated with IT projects
• Experience of large strategic systems and process redesign and working to a structured and systematic approach
• Enthusiasm, high motivation and network well with other people
• Fluent in English and German
• Valid Swiss working permit or EU/CH citizenship.
