| Job Description:
Assisting Senior Vice President of Production Services Work directly with Studio Contract Administration, in seeing that the proper insurance requirements are met with regards to liability, workers compensation and automobile liability coverage with respect to incoming production on the Universal lot. Scheduling of stages, backlot locations, rehearsal halls, dressing rooms, and lot maintenance in ScheduAll system. In charge of maintaining the deposit log for all incoming production deals. Responsible for distribution of Draft Deal Memos, Non-Union Production Notification Memos and Boiler Plates for production contracts. Responsible for generating payment requests for production refunds and departmental services. Providing assistance to all Production Service Representatives with any and all production related needs. Interaction with the following departments: Security, Parking, HAZMAT, Fire Department, Set Lighting, Grip, Property, Costume, Transportation, Labor, Staff Shop, Sign Shop, Molding Shop and Metal Shop. Qualifications/Requirements Must have High School Diploma Experience with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Power Point and ScheduAll system
