Job Description:
Marketing Strategy
· Work with pricing and upstream marketing to develop and implement pricing strategies
· Help assess portfolio competitiveness, current and future state and track competitive activity and positioning.
· Develop (product/segment) marketing & communication plans that encompass new product launch, advertisement, promotional programs, user events, webinars, tradeshows and other marketing campaign venues to help achieve P&L business objectives.

Oversee New Product Introduction/Commercialization
· Participating in the new product launching team and develop Go-To-Market Plan for new product introduction
· Develop sales training, collaterals, campaigns, and other tools for new product introductions, including identifying value proposition and competitive advantages
· Collaborate with Upstream to define product packages and configurations.
· Contribute to annual Growth Playbook

Drive Growth Program
· Identify opportunities and areas of need and develop promotional program to capture revenue opportunities or to defend sales opportunities
· Track effectiveness of promotional program an respond accordingly
· Develop tradeshow strategies (messaging, product mix, workflow, demonstration etc.)
· Foster install base customer relationship through such venues as user summit, customer event, user group, newsletter etc.

Channel Management (Sales Support)
· Develops sales tools such as sales presentations, collaterals and ensures impactful product demonstrations in the field
· Lead regular Quick Market Intelligence calls with sales to provide up-to-date market/product information and to address concerns
· Provide support to sales enablement in assisting sales in quoting and configuration.
· Own specific trade shows, show sites and customer visits in conjunction with the Events and Sales teams.
· Work with P&L upstream marketing teams to supply sales force with product positioning, training materials, brochures and other tools required for execution of growth objectives Qualifications/Requirements · Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration or Business
· Minimum of 8 years of product marketing, sales and/or clinical product applications experience (must include minimum of 3 years product marketing experience with technical products)
· Minimum of 3 years product commercialization experience launching technical products.
· Ability to travel up to 40-50%
· Willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
· Willingness to take a drug test
· Willingness to work in Boston, MA
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without restriction Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work. Desired Characteristics · MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
· Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, commercial or product marketing
· Minimum of 7 years of Clinical or Medical Software Industry experience
· Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
· Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
· Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
· Strong organizational and project management skills, able to plan, meet deadlines, prioritize projects and manage a cross-functional team.
· Experience with customer interaction, marketing and sales experience
· Healthcare product/industry acumen, knowledge of products within a product category
· Strategic planner and clear thinker with ability to drive change across the modality

· Assertiveness – strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to share difficult messages and defend decisions and make judgment calls
